Hi, and welcome to the Employees Association web site. I hope you take a few minutes and look around, and learn a little more about our organization. The EA brings together the best of many organizations, (the Employees Association, the 25 Year Club, and the LI Retirees Club) with a great history in offering discounts and benefits to our most valuable commodity, our employees. If you talk to anyone who has been with the company for any period of time, you will hear them reminisce of the days when working for the company was like being a member of a family. We here in the EA want to help bring that feeling back again. As a member of the EA you are entitled to discounts on travel, and Broadway shows, as well as savings at many local businesses in Brooklyn, and on Long Island. Our sport clubs bring together employees throughout the company with similar interests to play in recreational competitions. Our Old Country Store, located in Hicksville, sells a variety of items; from cards and wrapping paper to gift items and figurines, and the best part is that we offer them to you at cost because this is your store. And as if that is not enough, every EA member is automatically entered into a monthly drawing for professional sports tickets and movie tickets. Whether you are a Meter Reader in Island Park, or an Overhead Lineman in Riverhead or a Department Manager in Metrotech, we all have one thing in common; we are all Utility employees.
